Held at the National Exhibition Centre just outside of Birmingham, this year’s event promises to be the biggest and best classic motor show in the UK. The team welcomes classic car enthusiasts from all over the UK and beyond to share their passion for classics. This year’s show will be held from 10-12 November 2017 and will showcase over 2,500 amazing classic cars and motorbikes covering over one million square feet – that’s about 12 football pitches!
The most diverse mix of marques will be showcased by 240 classic car and bike clubs from across the UK, displaying rare and loved classics that span more than 100 years. As well as a fantastic number of vehicles, you can also visit the UK’s biggest indoor Autojumble, a haven of parts and spares for anyone working on their car, as well as 650 specialist exhibitors and traders, offering a mix of products and services. With stunning classics, fantastic features, Silverstone Auctions one of the most high-profile classic car auctions in the UK, along with motoring celebrities including The Wheeler Dealers and much more, this is the must-attend event of the classic motoring calendar and a truly magnificent season finale!
The Lancia Motor Club’s primary purpose is ‘to encourage the use and preservation of Lancia cars and to facilitate the provision of spare parts, information and advice’. Founded in 1947, it is the oldest club dedicated to the Lancia marque and caters to owners and enthusiasts of all models of Lancia from 1906 to the present day. The club boasts an extensive library and a specialist tool hire scheme is available to its members. There are events throughout the year organised for members, including motor racing circuit track days, auto tests and the Lancia National Rally and AGM – which is held over a summer weekend. The club is run on a voluntary basis to give maximum benefit to the membership.
Richard will be in attendance on the Friday and be joined by Sarah and John (from www.JJPerformance.co.uk) on Saturday and Sunday. Please come and say hello, ask questions and pose for some pictures in the car! We are in Hall 5 in the middle so should be easy enough to find.
